Job Details
Our client is seeking a Principal Engineer - High Speed IC Research & Development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of high-performance analog ICs that enable next-generation communication networks.

Responsibilities:
- Design, lay out, and bring up ultra high-speed analog ICs
- Drive the development and validation of custom ICs for high-capacity networking systems
- Collaborate with verification, CAD, product, and test engineering teams to define and execute DVT and characterization plans
- Evaluate and optimize circuit performance using RF probing and lab tools
- Proven experience designing high-speed analog ICs using SiGe BiCMOS or CMOS
- Solid grasp of transmission lines, passive high-frequency structures, and device physics
- Hands-on skills with RF lab equipment and analog IC evaluation
- Familiarity with VerilogA and CAD scripting languages (Skill, Python, Shell) is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 3+ years
- PhD candidates welcomed
