Job Details

Location: Erie, PA (onsite)

Duration: Currently, it is one year; it can be extended.

About the role:
The client is looking for a candidate who can support their DataStage environment, and Trillium is one of the tools they need help with. The effort within Trillium is pretty minimal, it is mostly tuning and mostly data quality type of work.

Must Have:
DataStage Development
Trillium data quality experience OR CP4D (Cloud Pack for DataStage)
SQL

Skills & Experience Required:
Strong experience with IBM DataStage and/or cloud Pak for data ETL tool
Experience developing data warehouses and data marts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinking skills and ability to contribute to solutions
Enterprise level experience working with various stakeholders and counterparts
Team management skills, ability to work across groups and with business stakeholders
Complex SQL skills
Hands-on expertise with Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MYSQL, Redshift
Experience with dimensional data modeling techniques

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Activities related to the ETL/DataStage environment and support-related activities
Develop data warehouses and data marts
Work with SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, MYSQL, Redshift and other databases
Develop shell scripts to automate the running of DataStage jobs
Develop complex SQL queries from scratch
