ETL Data Warehouse Architect

Responsibilities:

• Manages the planning and delivery of data warehouse and storage architecture.
• Manages relationships stays capable of working with software and hardware vendors to understand the potential architectural impact of different vendor strategies.
• Establish the Datawarehouse strategy and architect the DW solution.
• Provide guidance to other IFS DW Developer/Analyst to create ETL mapping and write ETL code.
• Drive architectural alignment across multiple delivery partners for key and complex initiatives.
• Establish strategic alliances and lead joint ventures with key IT suppliers and business partners that proactively drive business opportunities for the organization.
• Communicate and effectively articulate the end-to-end solution/roadmaps to business and technical delivery teams.
• Partner with solution architects to align various project architectures with the overall vision and standards outlined.
• Drive architectural and roadmap alignment at the IT leadership level and additionally across the CIO and CTO organizations.
• Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying innovative solutions.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

10 to 12 years of professional experience required.

1 to 2 years Architect role experience or Lead experience with architect potential is mandatory.

Handson experience in ETL, DW, MS SQL Server (including SSIS -logic)

Handson experience in OLAP Cubes.

Handson experience with an analytical model in SSAS using tabular data sources.

Handson experience on SQL and PL/SQL.

Handson experience Power BI.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in IFS Data Warehouse / ETL area preferred or Knowledge.

Solid knowledge of platforms.
