Benefits Analyst (Businessolver) 

Fully remote (100%)

Position Overview:
iitjobs is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst (Businessolver)  with strong expertise in employee benefits, open enrollment, and benefits communication. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SDLC disciplines—from gathering requirements to testing and deployment—along with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for benefits-related activities, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage and support Open Enrollment processes and benefits communication initiatives (Businessolver, Bswift).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track changes, and oversee the movement of code through the SDLC process.
  • Conduct benefits testing to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update HRIS & benefits systems (Businessolver, UKG-UltiPro, ADP, Lawson, SAGE).
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
  • Provide employee support and resolve benefits-related queries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Benefits Administration, Compliance, and Communication.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC processes in HRIS/Benefits systems.
  • Experience with benefits platforms: Businessolver, Bswift, UKG-UltiPro, ADP, Lawson, SAGE.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
