Job Description:

iitjobs is seeking a Functional Tester with strong experience in employee benefits testing, particularly around Open Enrollment processesHR applications, and healthcare-related platforms and platforms like Businessolver/Business Swift: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of employee benefits administration systems, health & welfare eligibility, and compliance-related testing scenarios..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business requirements related to Benefits and Open Enrollment.
  • Perform end-to-end functional testing of HR Benefits and Open Enrollment workflows, focusing on Businessolver/Business Swift platforms.
  • Validate benefit plan setup, rates, eligibility rules, life events, dependent coverage, and other HR configuration elements.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of benefit configurations, eligibility rules, life events, and dependent management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA/Functional Testing, with a focus on Benefits / Open Enrollment modules.
  • Strong experience with Businessolver, Business Swift, or similar benefits administration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major HRIS platform: 
  • Strong understanding of HR and benefits processes, including health insurance, dependent eligibility, and enrollment rules.
  • Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments is a huge plus.
  • ISTQB or QA certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR Systems, or related field preferred.
