Benefits Analyst (Businessolver)

Position Overview:
iitjobs is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst (Businessolver) with strong expertise in employee benefits, open enrollment, and benefits communication. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SDLC disciplines—from gathering requirements to testing and deployment—along with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for benefits-related activities, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage and support Open Enrollment processes and benefits communication initiatives (Businessolver, Bswift).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track changes, and oversee the movement of code through the SDLC process.
- Conduct benefits testing to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintain and update HRIS & benefits systems (Businessolver, UKG-UltiPro, ADP, Lawson, SAGE).
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
- Provide employee support and resolve benefits-related queries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Benefits Administration, Compliance, and Communication.
- Working knowledge of SDLC processes in HRIS/Benefits systems.
- Experience with benefits platforms: Businessolver, Bswift, UKG-UltiPro, ADP, Lawson, SAGE.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
