Job Details

iitjobs is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to support and administer our employee benefits programs using the Businessolver Benefits Administration. This individual will play a key role in managing open enrollment, ensuring data integrity, and delivering an exceptional benefits experience to our employees.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Businessolver platform; manage configurations, updates, and integrations with internal HR and payroll systems.
  • Support and administer all benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Assist in planning and executing annual open enrollment, including testing system configurations, validating rates and plans, and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy in Businessolver, performing audits, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience administering employee benefits, with hands-on experience using Businessolver or similar benefits administration systems.
  • Strong understanding of benefits programs, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a healthcare or large, complex organization.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and their integration with benefits systems.
