Candidates must have a strong background in managing enterprise-level projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale migration or modernization programs.
Define program scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Manage multiple project teams across various functions, ensuring coordination and accountability.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in project and program management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
8+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on system modernization or large-scale migrations.
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
Experience in healthcare IT environments
Familiarity with cloud migration (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Background in legacy system decommissioning and integration with modern platforms.
