Description
CAVA is looking for a blend between a program manager and a PMO Manager - initial role will revolve around PMO standards, best practices, process improvement, and tools. The role will be accountable for working with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver solutions aligned with strategies and plans for technology, people and process. The Program Manager will ensure organized, predictable, and managed change.
Collaborate with PMO and ITLT leadership to evolve delivery / ways of working including best practices, templates, tools, and measurement.
Provide strategic program leadership and oversight for a portfolio of complex initiatives, utilizing Hybrid and Agile PMO leadership skills, principles, theories, and concepts.
Develop plans in collaboration with leaders on goals, budgets, schedules, and methods for measuring results.
Align with leaders to set, track, and record metrics, managing programs to adhere to milestones.
Establish communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Drive budget process standards in collaboration with Finance and ITLT to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
Partner with vendors, managing relationships and contracts to support program objectives.
Provide strategic program leadership and oversight for a portfolio of complex initiatives, utilizing Hybrid and Agile PMO leadership skills, principles, theories, and concepts.
Develop plans in collaboration with leaders on goals, budgets, schedules, and methods for measuring results.
Align with leaders to set, track, and record metrics, managing programs to adhere to milestones.
Establish communication plans and provide status updates to stakeholders regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
Drive budget process standards in collaboration with Finance and ITLT to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
