Job Duties: Lead software test automation to drive continuous integration and communicate automation strategies and processes for web-services, application programming interfaces (APIs) and user interfaces (UI). Oversee all aspects of automation testing including establish metrics, apply industry best practices, and develop new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Perform site reliability engineering activity to ensure the availability of the lower environment, troubleshoot issues, handle deployments activity, and analyze infrastructure requirements for different applications. Lead triage and postmortem activities for critical issues and drive prioritization/resolution of remediation items. Build, evaluate, and implement software test automation tools and tooling standards as well as automation frameworks to increase reuse and reduce effort. Collaborate with multiple different stakeholders to define strategy and scope of test automation requirements which includes, but is not limited to, decompose stories, design automation solutions, and prioritize tasks. Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies leveraging Bamboo and Harness to reduce friction for software delivery. Perform backend data validation using different databases across multiple different applications. Identify technology risks early and establishing mitigation plans.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's related experience. Experience must include 72 months of experience in each of the following skills: Design and develop automation test framework, apply the principle of Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) using Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin,MABL, SauceLabs, and Java programming language with Spring Boot for API and UI Automation development; Bamboo and Harness to automate deployment of features and code to production environment; Performance testing of applications using Load Runner, JMeter, Parasoft, and Thousand Eyes Monitoring tool; Troubleshoot production issue using Splunk and App Dynamics; Oracle and NoSQL (MongoDB) database; Document test coverages and create test cycles using JIRA and Zephyr; and RabbitMQ and Kafka.
