Title: Communications Planning Manager (Mass & Digital Media)

Client: AT&T  /  Duration: 8+ Months

Location: REMOTE

  • Develop communication strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels, identify communications tasks across the customer journey, understand the target audience and cultural landscape, identify the appropriate channels and tactics within a campaign, and measure the effectiveness of creative and media communication combinations.
  • A subject matter expert with good understanding of Communications Planning/Customer Journey and ability to articulate a persuasive point of view clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
  • Tailor best-in-class messaging and creative to the specific audiences, and to the specific media placements inside them. Collaborate with a wide range of internal partners and stakeholders across Product Marketing, Media, .com, and legal as well as lead, brief, manage and collaborate with external agency partners.
  • Manage the Consumer Advertising creative strategy and execution for the mobility business. To unlock the full potential of these channels, this experienced digital-first manager will help support innovation and thought leadership while simultaneously helping drive the business.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with all key Advertising Team members including Consumer Marketing, Hispanic Marketing, Media, Social, PR, Retail, as well as other internal and external partners.
  • Principal responsibility will include the development, implementation and measurement of full funnel campaigns including TV, video, OOH and specifically paid social media & display campaigns across AT&T Mobility.
  • Responsible for helping deliver effectiveness and efficiency, optimizing best performance marketing channels and platforms to drive ROI.
