We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support across our organization.
- This role will primarily support desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices, as well as conference room AV systems.
- Configure, deploy, and support laptops and desktops across offices.
- Deploy Cisco IP phone handsets as required by the business.
- Image desktops and laptops, ensuring systems are properly configured for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows 10 environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation within ServiceNow and follow standard operating procedures for all service situations.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of IT experience, strong Windows OS and Office 365 skills, Active Directory knowledge, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00 pm (1 Hour lunch)
