Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy, concept development, and execution for our Supply Chain initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of Blue Yonder WMS from both business and technical perspectives. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders, identifying capability gaps, and delivering optimized product roadmaps. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a matrix organization, multitasks effectively, and integrates technology into simple, high-quality products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product strategy and roadmaps for Blue Yonder WMS capabilities, identifying gaps and delivering enhancements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners in Supply Chain to prioritize features and capabilities.
• Act as a liaison with development, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and sustainment efforts based on customer feedback.
• Build strong relationships with business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership and guide small projects and initiatives to completion.
• Support pre-project business case definitions and business-technical feasibility assessments for complex projects.
• Combine business requirements into prioritized backlogs and ensure designs align with business goals.
• Drive strategic product optimization spanning multiple business lines, including Merchandise and Food & Beverage supply chain.
• Oversee functional design, construction, and testing to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.
• Assist in identifying high-level solution options and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

Work Schedule:

• Onsite: 4 days per week.
• Remote: Work-from-home Fridays.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ yearsof experience in product management.
• 7+ yearsof expertise in Blue Yonder WMS.
• Minimum5 yearsof technical product knowledge in Supply Chain.
• Extensive experience inWarehouse Deliveryand supply chain optimization across multiple lines of business.
• Proven ability to lead discussions with senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong understanding of Agile practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD,TDD).
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing demand/supply forecasting usingAI/MLtechnologies.
• Expertise in deploying Supply Chain Data Integration Platforms for seamless system connectivity.
