Position Overview:
Seeking an Associate Program Manager with 5-8+ years of experience to support cross-functional coordination, contract management, and program execution for small to medium-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, negotiate, and manage contract proposals, amendments, and terms in compliance with company policies.
Develop master program schedules, budget allocations, and authorization documents for approval.
Identify and report cost, schedule, and technical variances; implement corrective actions.
Maintain contract documentation, including funding tracking, data items, and correspondence.
Coordinate preparation and submittal of customer reports.
Support Program Manager in cost analysis, program reviews, and strategic planning.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external program communications.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
5-8+ years in program/project management, preferably with U.S. government contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments.
PMP certification (preferred).
