Lead Ruby Developer

A large fintech company is looking for a new lead developer in Atlanta. The company is currently building a new SaaS platform that allows users to set up and host their ecommerce stores. The job is hybrid and will require 3 days on site per week.
The company has been around for a while and is known for their fun and exciting culture. They need the lead developer to take charge of a small team that is going to be working on the core SaaS platform. There will be heavy teamwork involved. The work is full stack. Required Skills & Experience

• Ruby on Rails

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university

• 50% Frontend
• 50% Backend

Daily Responsibilities

• 85% Team coding
• 15% Individual coding
