Proven experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (Cloud and Data Center).
Background in training design, delivery, and facilitation for technical tools or software systems.
Experience supporting Atlassian Cloud migrations or similar enterprise system rollouts.
Familiarity with Xray Test Management and other Atlassian Marketplace plugins.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others learn new technology.
Job Duties:
Design, develop, and deliver role-based training programs for Jira and Confluence Cloud users and administrators.
Create clear, engaging instructional materials including guides, videos, and presentations tailored to migration needs.
Conduct live and virtual workshops, hands-on labs, and Q&A sessions to drive adoption and confidence in the new platform.
Partner with IT, engineering, and project teams to align training with technical migration milestones and organizational goals.
Support end-users post-migration through re sessions, office hours, and on-demand resources.
Incorporate Atlassian Marketplace apps (such as Xray Test Management) into training curriculum.
Serve as a change champion-helping teams adapt workflows, permissions, and processes for the Cloud environment.
