Pay Range: $18.80-$31.28 Per HR
Description:
Join a team focused on expanding and growing customer support globally.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, both internal and external.
Serve as a liaison to resolve requests by connecting with various departments.
Provide human resources guidance and education with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple communication modes.
Promote self-service by guiding customers on how to navigate internal tools and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance, information, and education to employees.
Manage and document a high volume of employee requests daily.
Deliver effective partnerships through chat, phone, and casework.
Utilize research to provide accurate information on company policies and services.
Support customers on implementing core HR programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally and make recommendations on complex situations.
Conduct regular HR data integrity audits and update systems.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a client-facing HR role.
Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, such as Payroll and Benefits.
Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree) or equivalent experience.
Experience with a ticketing system.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a team player mentality.
