About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IAM LDAP Engineer to join our Virtual Directory Engineering Team as a contingent resource. In this role, you will design, implement, and support identity aggregation solutions using RadiantOne FID. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity infrastructure solutions.

This position requires a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), LDAP technologies, and automation scripting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for security engineering and a proven ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Responsibilities

• Design, document, and test identity aggregation solutions using RadiantOne FID.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex issues related to Information Security Engineering.
• Participate in planning and execution of engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for LDAP and Windows Server environments.
• Contribute to automation efforts using scripting languages and APIs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or a related field (or equivalent through a combination of work, military, or education).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IAM architecture and identity aggregation technologies such as:
  • RadiantOne Virtual Directory Services (required)
  • Oracle Virtual Directory / Oracle Unified Directory
  • OKTA, SailPoint, or Ping Identity
• 3+ years of experience with LDAP technologies, including advanced troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server OS (installation, support, and troubleshooting).
• 2+ years of experience with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, or Java.
• 1+ year of experience working with REST or SCIM APIs.
• 1+ year of experience with PKI and encryption fundamentals.
• Familiarity with F5 technology and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
