Description
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Imaging & Deployment Technician to support a large-scale rollout of Visage, a cloud-based PACS system, across a major healthcare system. This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise in workstation imaging and deployment with leadership, coordination, and healthcare IT experience. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless deployment of diagnostic workstations while maintaining clinical uptime and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the imaging and deployment of standardized workstation configurations across multiple clinical sites.
Ensure all devices are optimized for Visage PACS compatibility and performance.
Coordinate with radiology, IT infrastructure, clinical engineering, and project teams to align deployment activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues related to PACS and workstation readiness.
Maintain detailed documentation of imaging procedures, configurations, and asset tracking.
Supervise and mentor junior technicians and contractors during deployment phases.
Provide on-site and remote support to clinical users during go-live and stabilization.
Ensure all devices meet security, compliance, and performance standards, including HIPAA and cybersecurity policies.
Collaborate with vendor representatives and project managers to meet deployment milestones.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
