Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities:
Participate in internal brainstorm and working sessions to develop and design custom approaches to client questions
Manage and transform large datasets including public data, third party market research, and internal client data
Apply statistical tests, analytic methods, and strategic frameworks to the data to uncover new insights
Create compelling visualizations that illustrate your findings
Communicate the overall story in well-crafted PowerPoint presentations
Present components of insights to clients as needed
Additional duties as dictated by team needs
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business/Data Analytics, or other related discipline, Master's degree preferred
1+ year of non-academic experience applied to business problems (preferably in a consulting, marketing, or brand management context using excel and statistics)
Demonstrated experience with manipulating data in Excel using advanced formulas/functions (e.g. Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, OFFSET, INDEX, MATCH, SUMIF, etc.)
Familiarity with statistical techniques (correlation, regression, etc.) in Excel or another package
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
