Job Title:: Java Tech Lead (Only on W2)
Location : Frisco, TX (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using Java Full Stack technologies.

  • Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Integrate real-time data streaming and messaging systems using Kafka.

  • Work on cloud-based deployments and services using AWS.

  • Guide the frontend development using React.js, ensuring responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

  • Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to industry best practices.

  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

  • Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, manage deliverables, and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.

  • Strong experience with REST APIs development and integration.

  • Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and deployment models.

  • Proficiency in React.js for front-end development.

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model is a plus.
