We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Technical Manager to lead our development teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in .NET technologies and deep hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services. You will be responsible for leading architecture decisions, ensuring high-quality code, and managing a team of software developers and cloud engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using .NET and AWS cloud technologies.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Guide teams on technical issues and best practices for coding, deployment, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Own and improve cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, auto-scaling).
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor team members and support their growth through regular feedback and career development.

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and IAM.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline.
• Understanding of security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and performance optimization.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (React/Angular) is a plus.
