Position Summary:

Their requirement is a junior-to-mid-level role (3-5 years of experience) ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-curious, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Help organize product backlogs, interpret Jira stories, manage timelines, and produce executive-facing project reports across AI platforms focused on document intelligence, data analytics, and cloud-native automation

What this person will Do:

• Track progress across multiple AI-driven initiatives using Jira, Excel, and team updates
• Create and maintain status reports, sprint summaries, and milestone updates for internal and executive stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Monitor and manage backlog items, ensuring Jira stories are well-formed and up to date
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, and leadership
• Prepare clear, concise executive summaries and presentation decks to drive alignment and decision-making
• Assist in identifying delivery risks and resource blockers, and maintain RAID logs as needed

What We re Looking For:

• 3 5 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment
• Working knowledge of Jira, Excel, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to distill technical progress into simple, clear updates for non-technical audiences
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS), or enterprise data systems
• Experience with Confluence, PowerPoint, or project reporting templates
• Interest in growing into a Program Manager or Product Owner role over time
