Business Analyst

Our industry-leading healthcare/insurance client is seeking a mid to senior level business analyst with 5+ years of experience preferred. This role is 100% remote and has the potential to convert to a full-time role.

Key Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of distribution channels and payment systems in healthcare/insurance or sales (B2B/B2C)
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience with system and policy modifications, developing new systems of record
• Knowledge of commission systems and agent/record project management
• Analytical skills with a natural curiosity to identify connections and improvements

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and optimize agent and broker assignment processes for individuals and families
• Lead policy and system changes, developing new systems of record and ensuring data availability
• Translate business requirements to the IT team and own broker data management
• Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency within the team
• Work closely with the strategy team to understand and implement the company's vision
• Participate in the development and sign-off of user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
