Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant with expertise in Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, and Grants management. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Financial modules, with a focus on project-related functionalities. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, project management methodologies, and Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules including Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, and Grants.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules with existing systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance.
  • Conduct end-user training sessions to educate stakeholders on Oracle Fusion Financial modules, focusing on project-related functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project financials, budget utilization, and grant management.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Financials best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Financial modules, with a focus on Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, and Grants.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, project management methodologies, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus.
