Role: Appian Admin/SME
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description:
- Hands on 6+ experience on Appian Upgrades and hotfix installations.
- Establishes and maintains user accounts, assigns file permissions and establishes password and account policies. 3 Installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintains and supports operating system software in a production environment.
- Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
- Review's performance logs and monitors system performance.
- Installs, configures, and tests software packages. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
- Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.
- Provides user support and may conducts user software and hardware training to formulate technology solutions and ensure the effective safeguarding and sharing of enterprise data. !
- Performs and/or oversees daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.
- Provides team leadership and technical guidance to less experienced systems administrators.
- Configure Data Source, system properties and Deploy Application for new region setup. Coordinate with the application and database team to identify deployment failure reason and act according to the finding.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders on Appian related Issues.
- Work with Appian support to manage Appian tickets.
- Manage/Plan Appian environment upgrades/ license renewals.
- Manage/co-ordinate the Appian Release(application) Deployments
- Experience in webservers like Apache Tomcat, IIS
- Strong working/troubleshooting experiences on LINUX/ UNIX OS.
