Job Details



We are seeking a Workforce Management Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing workforce data to optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation as well as ensure operational efficiency through accurate forecasting and reporting. The Workforce Management Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing labor scheduling and operational efficiency through advanced workforce management solutions. This position is critical to ensuring effective workforce planning, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with financial objectives. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in fast-paced settings and can collaborate across multiple business units. Key responsibilities including Workforce Management System Ownership & Optimization, Data Analysis & Reporting, Compliance to ensure proper state, local and federal labor laws are followed in partnership with HR, cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, the business and other departments to share findings and troubleshoot issues, as well as assist in training the field as needed with this software.


Required Skills:



  • Must have at least 4 years of professional experience in a workforce management or data analyst position

  • Must have experience with a workforce management application such as Blue Yonder, NICE Workforce Management (WFM), PeopleGuru HCM or IntelliHR

  • Strong Microsoft O365 skills specifically in tools such as Excel

  • Intermediate SQL query skills

  • Experience analyzing data and using findings to forecast outcomes

  • Must have experience looking at data trends and making recommendations

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work across various departments such as business stakeholders, leaders in the field, HR, Payroll, Compliance effectively



Desired Skills:



  • Strongly desire someone who has previous retail industry experience

  • Experience working in Data Analytics
