IAM Architect (PlainID) - Fully Remote

Piper Companies has an exciting IAM Architect opportunity available with the Enterprise Security and Research group at a premier Technology and Professional Services organization. As an IAM Architect, your role will involve designing and executing IAM solutions for the company's internal workforce and customer identities. You will collaborate with technology partners, Information Security, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT teams and create IAM strategies that align with business and security needs. The IAM Architect will work as part of a dynamic Identity and Access Management team within the Security department, engaging with various IT teams for seamless integration and support.

Responsibilities - IAM Architect (PlainID)

• Create and deploy IAM solutions utilizing platforms like Active Directory, Azure, CyberArk, or similar Directory and Privileged Access Management tools.
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards relevant to Directory and PAM solutions.
• Led architecture of PlainID for access control and authorization

Requirements - IAM Architect (PlainID)

• Candidates must have sole ship due to the customers this organization supports
• 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years as an IAM Architect.
• Firm understanding of the PlainID platform
• Strong grasp of authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, MFA, Risk-Based Authentication).
• Ability to translate business strategies into comprehensive architectural plans.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, CISSP are advantageous.
• Proven experience in Identity & Access vision and strategy development.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Docker, Jenkins.

Compensation and Benefits - IAM Architect (PlainID)

• Salary: $160,000 - $210,000
