Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage Project account with techno-functional expertise on OTM Application
Configure OTM modules and design the business requirements, including migration projects
Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrade
Gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live and support, and related documentation
Drive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Status Report calls with stakeholders
Coordinate with stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes
Develop standards and processes, and encourage or enforce their use
Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross functional teams in a matrixed environment
Experience:
17+ years of IT experience with recent experience as a solution architect/presales role
Experience with OTM, GTM, and WMS
Experience with implementing various WMS functionalities such as receiving, put away, replenishment, slotting, cross docking, transfer orders, picking, packing, shipping, configuring labels, and configuring web report Gen2
At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience with Oracle WMS Cloud
Experience integrating Oracle WMS with Fusion INV/ERP & external systems

Knowledge:
Well versed with OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management, and Trade Management
Ability to configure the Oracle WMS applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups
Design and recommend WMS solutions as per business need and warehousing best practices
