Front-End Developer (Typescript, React Next.js and JavaScript)
Location: Dallas, TX 75202 (3 Days/Week In-Office)
Duration: 12-Months Contract w/ extension

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Participate in product design sessions and contribute to feature development by translating design mockups and wireframes into functional web interfaces paying attention to detail and design consistency.
  • Utilize modern web technologies like React Next.js Node.js or Angular to create scalable module federation and micro-frontends.
  • Use preprocessors like SASS or LESS to streamline CSS development and maintain code consistency.
  • Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes, collaborate with team members and maintain a clean and organized codebase.
  • Help identify areas of improvements in the code base and contribute to making it better.
  • Advocate for improvements to product quality security and performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, evaluate new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field or 8 years or more experience as front-end developer.
  • Excellent knowledge and working experience in React Next.js and JavaScript.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup including HTML5 CSS3.
  • Proficient in Typescript.
  • A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts such as micro-frontends and module federation
  • Experience with unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.
  • Experience with version control systems e.g., Git.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams in an agile environment.
