Epic Analyst - Grand Central/Prelude
Location: Honolulu, HI
Full-time | On-call rotation required
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • Remote-based with occasional travel to clinical sites
  • Participation in on-call rotation for 24/7 support

We're seeking an experienced Epic Analyst with a focus on Grand Central and Prelude modules. This role involves supporting clinical and operational workflows through expert-level Epic build, optimization, and user engagement. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Grand Central and Prelude modules.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving new Epic modules and tools.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic Orders Suite and other integrated modules.

Required Skills & Certifications
  • Epic Orders Certification (required)
  • Build experience in the Epic Orders Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with end-users and stakeholders

Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with additional Epic modules such as Clindoc, Inpatient, Orders, ADT
  • Experience working in a healthcare system or hospital environment
  • Prior involvement in Epic implementations or upgrades
  • Minimum 6 years of IT experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
  • Must maintain Epic certifications as required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
