Location: Honolulu, HI
Full-time | On-call rotation required

- Remote-based with occasional travel to clinical sites
- Participation in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
We're seeking an experienced Epic Analyst with a focus on Grand Central and Prelude modules. This role involves supporting clinical and operational workflows through expert-level Epic build, optimization, and user engagement. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, build, testing, and implementation of Epic Grand Central and Prelude modules.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving new Epic modules and tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Epic Orders Suite and other integrated modules.
Required Skills & Certifications
- Epic Orders Certification (required)
- Build experience in the Epic Orders Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with end-users and stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with additional Epic modules such as Clindoc, Inpatient, Orders, ADT
- Experience working in a healthcare system or hospital environment
- Prior involvement in Epic implementations or upgrades
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent experience)
- Must maintain Epic certifications as required
