Job Details
Job Title : Scrum Master
Location: Dallas TX / Seattle WA
Duration : Contract
Responsibilities:
Acts as Chief Scrum Master across delivery teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and driving Agile ceremonies (PI planning, retrospectives, demos).
Manages end-to-end program delivery, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination.
Supports backlog planning, release scheduling, and resolving team impediments to ensure timely delivery of features.
Monitors delivery metrics, creates status reports, and drives continuous improvement across Agile teams.
Requires 5+ years in Agile/Delivery Management, experience with SAFe or DevOps, and strong leadership in cross-functional environments.
