Job Details

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Remote
Duration: 9 months
Rate Range: $96/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)
Work Authorization: All valid EADs except H1b
Description:
Assists with the design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytical products in Coupa Reporting, AIC, EDP, and other reporting modules and systems, to provide insights into procurement, spend, demographic, diversity, and a wide variety other reporting data
Develop and maintain an understanding of Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Sourcing, Expense Management and Analytics
Supports the development and implementation of accurate analytics, measurement of SLAs and KPI, reports on end-to-processes and business outcomes, monitors key business drivers and identifies opportunities for operational improvement
Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains existing and future data systems and data exchange processes
Researches and recommends reporting solutions (i.e. Snowflake, Tableau, etc.) and supports solution development and implementation
Develops and maintains a deep understanding of data elements and data configurations within SAP, Coupa, and other source systems
Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.
Collaborates with key Disney Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, and other supporting departments including, but not limited to; IT, Tax, Change Management/Training, Controllership, to ensure awareness of reporting solution use, functionality and, data integrity
Partners with IT and other Segments to extensively test system reporting and analytical enhancements and modifications to ensure the integrity of the reporting system s functionality and data accuracy
Basic Qualifications:
3 to 5 years relevant experience with reporting systems (i.e. Tableau, Snowflake, etc.) and STC Financial systems (i.e. Coupa, SAP, etc.)
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Information Sciences
Partners with the Reporting, Analysis, and KPI workstream leader and other members to ensure awareness of status and impact of current and future initiatives
Partners with DFS counterparts to understand issues (data or process) and takes appropriate action to resolve issues
Supports end-user issue resolution and training by providing expert technical knowledge and understanding of reporting solutions and processes
Tracks, monitors and analyzes performance to identify opportunities for process/system improvements
Supports common understanding of data elements and reported figures between all stakeholders.
Supports communication processes ensuring Key Partners/End Users are informed of events impacting reporting (i.e. change requests, system outages, etc.)
Supports communication processes surrounding data load and configuration change status
Gathers data, performs more complex analysis, and prepares draft presentations of findings
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives including requirements gathering, build, testing services and maintenance
Completes/maintains training, process and system maintenance documentation
Supports the governance and monitoring of STP financial systems compliance in accordance with company policies, standards and SOX requirements
