Job Details

Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Jhonston, IA
Onsite role

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria

  • Create, maintain, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests

  • Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks

  • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI

  • Log and track defects in tools like JIRA or Bugzilla

  • Provide timely feedback and help triage production issues with root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Automation Testing

  • Strong scripting/coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript

  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent

  • Experience with API testing and automation

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and working in sprints

  • Experience with version control systems like Git

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
