Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA Developer / RPA Architect to lead large-scale automation initiatives and define end-to-end automation architecture. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate, and a strong background in solution architecture, process design, and enterprise-level automation delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership

  • Design and architect scalable RPA solutions across multiple business functions.

  • Define automation standards, best practices, governance models, and reusable frameworks.

  • Assess automation feasibility and create high-level solution designs (HLDs) and detailed design documents (DDDs).

  • Integrate RPA with enterprise applications, APIs, OCR, AI/ML models, and databases.

Development & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end development of automated workflows, orchestrators, bots, and digital workers.

  • Oversee code reviews, technical validations, performance tuning, and quality assurance.

  • Mentor junior developers and serve as the technical escalation point across automation projects.

  • Manage lifecycle of bots: deployment, monitoring, optimization, and support.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business analysts and SMEs to map processes, gather requirements, and propose automation roadmap strategies.

  • Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams for environment setup and compliance.

  • Present architectural recommendations to leadership and technical committees.

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead enterprise automation projects using Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD methodologies.

  • Estimate effort, develop project plans, and ensure on-time delivery of automation solutions.

  • Implement and manage CoE (Center of Excellence) frameworks for scale-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of overall IT experience; 7 10+ years specifically in RPA automation.

  • Expert-level experience in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent RPA tools.

  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (C#, .NET, Python, VB, Java).

  • Experience integrating RPA with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle).

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, OCR (Abbyy, Document Understanding), and intelligent automation.

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Proven experience designing enterprise automation architectures and governance models.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer / Solution Architect certifications

  • Automation Anywhere Master RPA Professional

  • Blue Prism Professional Developer

  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certification

  • Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS)

Education

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
