Required Educations:
Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree in Business Administration
Required Experience and Skills:
10 or more years of experience in Business Analysis and Architecture, communications, improvisation, or a related field in Public Sector
Experience in Salesforce case management, CRM or a related area within the Public Sector
As the Business Architect, the role will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans and designs ensuring business capabilities, processes, and information aligning with the organization''s overall strategy, driving innovation and improvement. The role requires designing business architecture, developing business cases, and working with various stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline business processes and flow across the board. Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will play a crucial role in driving successful implementation, enhancing employee engagement and making IT Modernization journey a success for ORI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop architectural solutions that support those goals
Business Capability Modeling: Identify and define the capabilities needed to achieve business objectives, mapping them to organizational structure and processes
Process Design and Improvement: Analyze and design business processes, identify areas for optimization, and develop solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness
Value Stream Analysis: Develop and communicate value streams to ensure alignment between business strategy and execution
Stakeholder Management: Engage with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and senior management, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure alignment
Business Case Development: Develop business cases to justify investments in new capabilities, processes, and technologies
Technology Enablement: Work with IT teams to ensure that technology solutions effectively support business needs and align with the overall business architecture
Innovation and Improvement: Identify and propose new opportunities for innovation and improvement, including new products, services, and business models
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and document the business architecture, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to stakeholders
