As a Senior Technical Engineer, you will be part of an agile team to support and optimize our Oracle HCM Product. You will
require excellent communication skills as you work with scrum master, Product Owners, RTE, solution architects and lead/mentor
development activities.
Essential Functions
• Lead Optimization effort for our HCM (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, developing, and supporting HCM Cloud inbound & outbound integrations
using BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader
• Experienced with Oracle tools, Journeys, Connections, Design Studio, Page Composer, Help Desk, Dynamic Skills, Me, Grow,
or Communicate,
• Be familiar with the agile methodology and participate in agile sessions as needed
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.
• Help create and implement enterprise reporting strategy in collaboration with BIP developer.
• Be able to instruct/mentor other staff in Oracle best practices.
• Be able to develop fast formulas across HCM modules, ad-hoc reports with BI Publisher and OTBI, catering to business needs.
• Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement.
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Build, leverage, and maintain effective relationships across technical and business community.

Qualifications
• College degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
• 7+ years implementing Oracle HCM Saas solutions (Payroll, HR, Benefits) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a
functional lead role required.
• Previous hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project
• Excellent communication skills to work with agile team
• Experience implementing Manager Self-Service
• Able to train other in customizations/personalization and approvals/workflows (Design Studio, Page Composer, AutoComplete
Rules)
• Write custom forms/workflow/alerts and build complex database structures using PL/SQL.
• Be proficient in the writing/debugging long running queries (PL/SQL)
• Be proficient in automating end to end integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST
