Job Title: ETL Developer

Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: W2 Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a 10+ years experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with ETL tools, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and business teams to ensure data is reliable, timely, and available for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL workflows and mappings to support data integration and warehousing.

  • Analyze source system data and define transformation rules.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using [ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage, etc.].

  • Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data issues.

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure alignment.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.

  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.

  • Document ETL processes and data flow diagrams.
