Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead overall delivery execution for product across 10+ Agile scrum teams and cross-functional teams (75+ personnel)
- Serve as primary point of contact for client business, technology, and product leadership
- Drive continuous improvement, including Agile practice maturity, defect reduction, and velocity gains
- Manage client communication, stakeholder reporting, and governance routines
- Engage and manage client stakeholders proactively to align priorities and expectations
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- 8+ years in Project Management, Technical Product Owner, or Delivery Management roles
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum delivery processes
- Familiarity with: Data, Azure, Microservices, ADO, UI, Scripting
- Proven track record leading complex delivery across 75+ people and multiple Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills: managing executive expectations and technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience transitioning onshore development roles to offshore
- Success requires building strong credibility with Client Product Owners and Engineering teams
- Scaled Agile experience
- Past experience with Agile frameworks
- Highly proactive and ownership-driven
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative and team-first mindset
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and shifting priorities in Agile environments
- Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities
