Job Details

Required Qualifications

Candidates must be able to discuss detailed, hands-on experience from real-world projects (not just training or theoretical knowledge).

  • Must have practical experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud objects.


< data-end="658" data-start="628">Salesforce Deployment</>

  • Strong experience creating and managing deployment pipelines for multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously.

  • Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as DevOps Center, GearSet, and/or Copado.

  • Proficient with Salesforce CLI and related CLI plug-ins.

  • Experience scripting with Bash/Git.

  • Knowledge of Jenkins and Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.


< data-end="1087" data-start="1058">Communication Skills</>

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Able to clearly explain complex Salesforce technical concepts to both non-technical stakeholders and technical (non-Salesforce) teams.


< data-end="1322" data-start="1296">Agile Methodology</>

  • Experience estimating work within an Agile framework.

  • Familiarity with standard Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, sprint planning, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of the SAFe framework.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (highly preferred).

  • Self-starter with strong motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.

  • Capable of handling basic requirements analysis, testing activities, and documentation.
