A day in the role...
  • This person will be in the EPIC Home Infusion Module and looking at reporting and data to analyze trends. They "don't know what they don't know" This person will be looking at the data to see how the Home Infusion AR team can improve (improve days in AR, denials etc.)
  • Home infusion is VERY complex and they are very high dollar claims
  • This is definitely a more analytical role. This person will work closely with the leadership team to identify these trends- will report directly to Thomas Allen and work closely with the Home Health & Hospice Revenue Cycle Manager Rashida Davis
  • Want someone who is comfortable making suggestions - will help funnel ideas.
  • This team owns the back end AR for Home Infusion but does not own the intake and authorization piece- that is clinically own. This person will be responsible for identifying issues on the front end intake process that are causing denials. They hope they can bring the front end into revenue cycle at some point. This person will help build that case.

Core Experience:
  • 3+ Years of Home Infusion Revenue Cycle experience
  • 3+ Years of EPIC experience (prefer more)
  • Management experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
