Job Description:
Work with CUSTOMER to understand requirements for regulatory reporting, frequency of the reports.
Gather and validate financial and operational data from various systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare required regulatory reports (e.g. FR Y9-C, FR2900, Call Reports, Basel III, FFIEC etc.) as per CUSTOMER defined format.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and CUSTOMER's policies and existing process controls.
Monitor and help interpret changes in regulatory guidance, assess the impact and update reporting practices accordingly.
Identify, investigate and resolve exceptions or errors in reporting data.
Help in identifying the exceptional variance in the financial reporting compared to the previous period.
Collaborate with Risk and IT departments to gather necessary data inputs.
Assist CUSTOMER in regulatory exams, internal audits, and inquiries by regulators.
Assist in responding to auditor query related to financial reporting.
Develop and maintain documentation for all reporting processes and controls.
Identify opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and automation of reporting processes.
Support ad-hoc projects and management requests related to regulatory compliance and data analysis.
Identify the opportunities for consolidation and automation of financial reporting & regulatory reporting.
Ensure that all deliverables are delivered on time.
Conduct a thorough review of all deliverables provided by VENDOR.
Manage the team capacity, throughput.
