Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Proficient in using Agility or similar agile project management tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities:
- ???Leading and facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Demos, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Ensuring these events are effective and focused on achieving team goals.
- Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to address issues, including initiative Kickoffs, feedback loops and progress discussions.
- Coaching the Scrum team and the wider organization on Scrum theory and practice.
- Helping the team understand and adopt Agile principles and best practices.
- Empowering the team to self-organize and make decisions about their work.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Identifying areas for improvement in the team's workflow and processes.
- Experimenting with new approaches and practices to enhance team performance.
- Acting as a bridge between the Scrum team and other stakeholders, including product owners and management.
- Communicating the team's progress and challenges effectively.
