100% REMOTE

6+ Months contract

Implementing customer journey analytics, monitor and understand new ways to engage customers across digital channels

  • Trying to accomplish:

o Identify customers and make it a personalized journey to increase purchase % to 30% from 1% probability

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Architecture Design:

O Design, implement, and maintain a robust data architecture to support MarTech platforms, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

O Develop and optimize data models for audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration.

O Define data governance and security practices to ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

O Design and implement scalable, performant, and cost-effective data architectures leveraging cloud-native services (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse).

  • Integration & Enablement:

O Lead the integration of MarTech platforms, including CRMs, CDPs, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.

O Establish data pipelines and workflows for real-time data activation and customer insights.

O Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to implement APIs, ETL processes, and cloud data infrastructure.

  • Marketing Data Strategy:

O Define and implement a unified data strategy to enable personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns.

O Create frameworks for identity resolution, cross-channel attribution, and customer journey analytics.

O Partner with marketing and analytics teams to derive actionable insights from data.

  • Technology Evaluation & Innovation:

O Stay current with advancements in MarTech tools and recommend solutions to improve marketing capabilities.

O Evaluate and onboard new technologies that align with business objectives and technical needs.

O Act as a subject matter expert in MarTech data architecture and strategy within the organization.

  • Collaboration & Leadership:

O Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and IT to align technical architecture with business goals.

O Provide technical mentorship and training to team members on MarTech systems and data management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:

O Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; Master s preferred.

O 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on MarTech systems and integrations.

  • Technical Skills:

O Expertise in data modeling, schema design, and relational databases.

O Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, customer data platforms (e.g., Salesforce CDP, Segment), and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

O Proficient in data transformation tools and languages, including SQL, Python, or R.

o Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

O Strong understanding of identity resolution and data privacy regulations.

  • Soft Skills:

oExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

O Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

O Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in relevant MarTech platforms (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Salesforce certifications).
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing tools like Kafka or Snowflake.
