Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in AI or Systems or Solutions Architecture
- Experience with AI and LLMs
- Experience with AI or ML Frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience implementing AI, ML, or LLM solutions and model deployment in AWS or Azure
- Experience developing, building, and deploying automation, CI / CD pipelines, scripts, and infrastructure from the ground up using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization, including Docker or Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
- Cloud Certification
