Maintain and support ServiceNow incident, change, and request management processes.
Participate in large-scale project execution across multiple teams and stakeholders in an enterprise-level organization.
Utilize JIRA for project tracking, sprint planning, and cross-team coordination.
Provide technical support and system troubleshooting as part of on-call or regular rotation.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Teradata administration, including recent experience with Teradata Vantage.
Solid experience with AWS Cloud services focused on IAM, trust relationships, S3, and infrastructure access management.
Strong background in SUSE Linux Administration for enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Python scripting and JSON for infrastructure automation and integration tasks.
Experience with BAR backup and recovery tools in Teradata.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to data governance and security best practices in cloud environments.
Prior involvement in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud data warehouse deployments.
