BCforward is seeking a Product Designer to work remote
Start/End Date: 7/28/2025 - 12/31/2025
Location: CA: Remote PST timings

Summary:
Product designer with 10 + years of experience leading product strategy, with fluency in enterprise tooling. You tackle complex design problems that balance understanding of businesses needs, technical constraints, and company objectives to define scalable solutions for our users. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for a wide areas across the product.
Job Responsibilities:
* Design simple and intuitive consumer-grade enterprise experiences
* Uphold an exceptional craft bar, moving seamlessly from idea to execution on pixel-level details
* Leverage fast prototyping to demonstrate ideas and land alignment.
* Strategic thinker and able to design scalable solutions across Family of Apps
* Partner closely with product managers, engineers, content designers, and researchers to deliver the user experience from conception until launch
Skills:
* 10 + years of product design experience
* Must be fluent at designing for desktop and mobile enterprise tooling, designing E2E solutions
* Highly proficient in Figma
* Strong prototyper using Figma or other prototyping tools
* An effective communicator and engaging storyteller, conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision
* Ability to work independently and manage ones time
* Experienced at working with cross-functional partners and collaborating with other designers
* Provide URL featuring examples of interaction design work
