UAT Tester -Onsite Interview

Requirements:

• 1 or more year of experience as Software Tester
• Experience in creating test scripts and user acceptance scenarios
• Experience with Agile-based testing processes
• Experience in validating data mapping and data migration
• Experience with Microsoft ADO or similar tracking tools
• Experience in performing business analysis during testing phases
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and run UAT scripts for systems like web POS and IVR
• Define, maintain, and apply testing standards, entry/exit criteria, and procedures
• Execute regression testing cycles and validate functional requirements
• Assist in test environment setup and control processes
• Log test results, track issues, and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to present findings and solutions
• Support traceability matrix maintenance and requirement confirmation tasks
