Job Details
We are seeking an Anaplan Architect/Advisor to provide expert guidance and support for the P&C Anaplan environment.
Key Deliverables:
- Upskill and train new and existing P&C Anaplan Model Builders.
- Support the architecture and design of new Anaplan models, including CL/PL/Farm Underwriting, Segmentation & Goal Planning, Bond/Surety Territory Management, and CommAg Sales Goal Planning Metrics.
- Provide advisory support on Anaplan best practices, standards, and innovation.
Required Skills:
- Architect-level Anaplan expertise and certification.
- Strong change-management capabilities and ability to drive detailed business requirements.
- Experience with Nationwide s Anaplan instance and related technologies.
- Proven background building high-capacity models for planning, territory design, and compensation.
- Business-focused mindset (business SOW, not IT).
