Sr. Data Developer

Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Sr Report Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.

This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire role that sits hybrid (with some flexibility for remote).

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with clinicians and internal stakeholders to define data reporting needs and translate them into actionable dashboards and analytics solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy data artifacts including dashboards, reports, and visualizations using proprietary healthcare analytics platforms and cloud-based BI tools.
• Participate in the organization-wide rollout of a new EHR and data ecosystem, focusing primarily on report building using next-gen data tools.
• Collaborate with a growing team in a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative involving integration of multiple hospital systems into one unified platform.
• Support ETL processes and data pipeline development as needed, ensuring high data integrity and validated datasets.
• Engage with hospital departments such as scheduling, clinical operations, and revenue cycle to tailor reporting solutions.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience delivering reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to business or clinical users must be client-facing, not strictly backend.
• At least 2 3 years working within healthcare organizations, with strong familiarity around clinical or operational data.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with medical personnel and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Epic reporting experience strongly preferred; certifications in Cogito, Clarity, and/or Caboodle are highly valued (or willingness to obtain).
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Bonus experience includes knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Informatica IICS, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential must be able to sit with end users and translate needs into technical solutions.
