Description

SAIC is seeking a Facility Manager located in Hawaii at the Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) to support the operations and sustainment of USINDOPACOM facilities and infrastructure to oversee the management of classified and unclassified facilities, ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical infrastructure that enables USINDOPACOM's warfighting efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of PWC facilities (both classified and unclassified), ensuring infrastructure reliability and performance in support of command-wide mission objectives.
  • Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, environmental, and IT systems critical to PWC's high-security operations.
  • Ensure that all facility operations comply with federal, DoD, and USINDOPACOM security policies and guidelines, including DCID, ICD, and Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements for classified environments.
  • Coordinate facility access approvals and security controls, working closely with USINDOPACOM security officers and relevant teams.
  • Emergency Management & Resiliency Planning:
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to safeguard personnel and systems during crises or disruptions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the continued availability of mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary interface with USINDOPACOM leadership, facility users, and external contractors/vendors.
  • Provide regular operational updates and briefings to senior officials and customers.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage facility upgrades, repairs, and modernization projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Develop cost-saving strategies to optimize facility operations and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable safety and environmental regulations.
  • Establish policies and procedures for health, safety, and workplace ergonomics.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience in facility management in a federal or military environment, with at least 5 years working in classified facilities.
  • Experience in managing mechanical, electrical, and IT systems in mission-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD security standards for SCI facilities and familiarity with ICD 705 for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of personnel (both contractor and government) responsible for facilities management.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
  • Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
