Overview: We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to support a strategic BPO process automation initiative for one of our professional services clients. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building business applications using Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom business apps using Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven approaches.
  • Automate BPO workflows using Power Automate, including connectors, approvals, and condition-based logic.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Ensure data integration and integrity using Microsoft Dataverse and other data sources.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.
  • Document solutions and maintain best practices for application management.


Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Office 365 ecosystem.
  • Experience with connectors, triggers, expressions, and dynamic content in Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Power BI integration and governance in Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.
  • Understanding of DLP policies and environment management.
  • Experience in process automation within a BPO or service operations context.
