What You ll Do:

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with precision
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure compliance with all codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide top-tier customer service with a positive, can-do attitude

What You Bring to the Table:

• Active HVAC license (State certified)
• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with ductless mini-splits, hydronic systems, or smart thermostats
• Plumbing or electrical background
• NATE certification
